You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet or have not been special ordered on your behalf. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has been processed. We process orders quickly so it is possible that your order may not be able to be canceled.
In order to request to cancel an order or an item on an order, please use this tool. Our customer service team will review the order and will email you back with a resolution to the request. Please note that your order is not canceled until you have heard from our customer service team.
